I was very happy with this series of photographs taken at Loch Ness in the fog. To see the rest of this series, please go to: Loch Ness, Scotland, In The Fog. To see more of my Images of Scotland, Click Here.
This photo is actually 11 photographs stitched together using PTGui sloftware. The camera is the little Olympus 3-4 that I have been playing with, Olympus 17 mm lens (34 mm equivalent) and infrared filter. The image was enhanced in Nik Silver Efex Pro and the perspective was changed in Photoshop.
I walked to the edge of the woods, through the petrified forest, around the sea grasses, across the plains of sand and out to the Edge. Photos taken with a Nikon D70 converted to take infrared photographs.
Bonaventure Cemetery is probably the most famous cemetery in Savannah. This cemetery was featured in the book and movie, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. It is a great setting for taking photographs and in this case I used a digital infrared camera, a converted Nikon D70. This series is posted as two versions, black and white and with the color cast straight from the camera. The photos have been slightly enhanced in PhotoShop to increase their contrast. If you have a fast download connection, you might want to play them in parallel.
